TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: US Small Business Administration, Financing Your Small Business Exports, Foreign Investments or Projects

The US Small Business Administration (SBA) has issued a letter to agency Requisition Officers announcing the opportunity to submit rider orders for the Financing Your Small Business Exports, Foreign Investments or Projects. We are distributing this information by Circular Letter to help ensure that agencies receive this information in a timely manner.

This four page fact sheet provides a brief overview of the Federal Government’s loan, insurance, and grant programs for small businesses interested in exporting. The information is provided in an easy-to-use format, with clear direction on where to find additional information on agency web sites. In addition, the fact sheet includes one page of basic information on why small businesses should consider exporting, the Federal Government programs that support exporting, and information about the web site and the Trade Information Center. The fact sheet is branded with the National Export Initiative graphics.

The estimated rider rate is $.05 per copy. Please note that this rider rate applies to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Because of tight production schedules, your requisitions (SF-1s) must be received at Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401, by August 25, 2010. Please be sure to include GPO jacket No. 361-533 and SBA Requisition Number 0-00035 on your requisitions. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC, area headquarters’ printing officers before submitting any paperwork.

Requisitions should be submitted by one of the two following methods: addressed and mailed to Agency Publishing Services, Communication & Status Center (COMSTAT), Mail Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401 or emailed to Your agency’s authorized personnel as reflected in our agency signature file must sign all requisitions submitted.
