SUBJECT: Customer Services, Agency Procurement Services (APS) New Team Structure in Washington, DC
GPO Customer Services would like to notify you that we recently restructured the procurement teams located in Washington, D.C. so that we can continue to provide the best service possible to our Federal agency customers.
Effective immediately, there are two (2) APS teams named APS DC and APS ACS.
APS DC, consolidated former APS Teams 1 and 2.
The single team provides printing and publishing services to Federal agencies and administers single procurements and term contracts that are developed for individual agencies.

APS Alternative Contract Solutions (ACS), formerly APS Team 3
The team administers other printing and publishing programs that are widely available for shared use by all Federal agencies (i.e. General Usage Term Contracts, the 950-S GPO Express Program, the 960-M Simplified Purchase Agreement, the 951-M Onsite Services contract, and 980-M Consulting Services contract) along with certain complex or negotiated procurements.

Workloads in all GPO teams and offices are continually evaluated to ensure that GPO Customer Services continues to support the current and emerging needs of our customers.
