SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for the 2020 Supplement to the Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation.
This circular letter is to announce the opportunity to submit orders for the 2020 Supplement to the Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation, Senate Document 116-20, which contains annotations of cases decided by the Supreme Court of the United States to July 14, 2020. A supplement is printed every 2 years.
December 9, 2020 has been established as the ABSOLUTE deadline for the receipt of orders to ride the printing of the 2020 Supplement to the Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation. Please use the following estimated rider rate when preparing your requisitions:

The requisition (Standard Form 1) should be made out for the 2020 Supplement to the
Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation, riding jacket 42-432.
