“For the fourth straight year, our teammates reaffirmed what I already know: GPO is a
special agency and a great place to work,” said GPO Director Hugh Nathanial Halpern.
“We have high standards for our people and the service we provide to our Federal Agency
customers. It is an honor to appear on America’s Best Employer list again. I look forward
to watching our team continue to deliver on our vision of an America Informed.”
Forbes and Statista selected America’s Best Employers 2025 based on independent survey
responses from more than 217,000 U.S. employees working at companies with a national
workforce of at least 1,000 people. The survey evaluates employees’ personal and public
assessments on key factors, including Atmosphere & Development, Salary & Wage,
Company Image, Diversity, Working Conditions, and Workplace Environment. In May
2024 GPO was named to Forbes’ America’s Best Employer for New Graduates list, and in
November 2024 GPO was named to Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Veterans list for
the third year in a row.
GPO’s second annual employee climate survey in 2024 revealed that 79 percent of GPO
teammates rated their job satisfaction as high; 81 percent felt that their teams work well
together, and 86 percent agreed that their work provides them with a sense of
accomplishment.
