LORI LAU DILLARD

Government Publishing Office, Assistant Inspector General for Audit

Lori Lau Dillard is the Assistant Inspector General for Audit at the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO), Office of Inspector General (OIG). Lau Dillard joined the GPO OIG in September 2020 to lead a comprehensive auditing program that assesses the efficiency and effectiveness of GPO programs and activities.

Lau Dillard previously served 20 years with the U.S. Postal Service OIG including six years as an Audit Director directing audit operations and complex nationwide audits, and leading multiple audit teams in headquarters and field offices. In addition, she has led multiple external peer reviews and has served as a staffer for the U.S. Senate, Finance Committee.

Lau Dillard earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from the George Washington University in Washington, DC and is a Certified Public Accountant.
