Mr. Robert Stachurski is a seasoned law enforcement professional with a distinguished career with over 25-plus years of domestic and overseas leadership/management experience as an intelligence officer, law enforcement officer, and a career military officer. As the Assistant Inspector General for Investigations (AIGI), Office of the Inspector General (OIG), U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) Mr. Stachurski is responsible for leading and coordinating all investigative activities carried out by the OIG, ensuring that they are conducted efficiently, impartially, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As AIGI he plays a crucial part in promoting transparency, accountability, and integrity within the GPO.

Prior to joining the GPO Mr. Stachurski served both at the Central Intelligence Agency and National Reconnaissance Office OIGs. Mr. Stachurski’s career journey includes a diverse range of investigations into complex cases involving fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct. He is known for his dedication to the principles of fairness and impartiality, always prioritizing the pursuit of truth and justice.
